MK Modern Construction has been delivering residential development and construction projects across Nova Scotia since 2021. What began with small-scale residential conversions has grown rapidly into one of Nova Scotia's active multi-family developers, with a track record spanning more than 800 residential units across 25+ completed projects.

Our portfolio ranges from 3-unit infill renovations to purpose-built townhouse communities of 150, 300, and beyond. Every project we take on is managed with the same end-to-end approach: land development, municipal approvals, site servicing, civil infrastructure, financing coordination, construction management, and final delivery.

We operate as both Development Manager and General Contractor on our projects, giving us full control over timelines, budgets, and quality at every stage. We build in both wood-frame and ICF construction and currently have 600+ townhouse units under active development across Nova Scotia.

Across Halifax and throughout Nova Scotia, our projects span the full region. In four years we have built a portfolio that most companies take decades to assemble. We continue to grow, with new developments underway and more in planning across the province.
